1) Preferred Partner

Meet the perfect marriage between contingent and retained service models. This is for the partner who is serious about results and looking for activity on their behalf all year round. There is a flat fee paid up front for proactive conversations on your behalf and a deeply discounted contingent fee paid upon hire. Our Preferred Partner model offers Relationship Recruiting at its best by allowing our team to build upon your employment brand and start conversations with ideal candidates – before they’re even needed.

2) Traditional Contingent Partnership

Contingent pricing has always had its place in the market. If you’re looking for that “pay upon hire” model that you’re used to, this Traditional Contingent Partnership has you covered. This model starts at 25% in year one of the agreement and is discounted based on volume after the first 12 months. In the first year of our relationship we spend a lot of time and resources to understand your organization, connect with your hiring leaders and build trust amongst our candidate community with your brand.
