1) Preferred Partner

Meet the perfect marriage between contingent and retained service models. This is for the partner who is serious about results and looking for activity on their behalf all year round. There is a flat fee paid up front for proactive conversations on your behalf and a deeply discounted contingent fee paid upon hire. Our Preferred Partner model offers Relationship Recruiting at its best by allowing our team to build upon your employment brand and start conversations with ideal candidates – before they’re even needed.

2) Traditional Contingent Partnership

Contingent pricing has always had its place in the market. If you’re looking for that “pay upon hire” model that you’re used to, this Traditional Contingent Partnership has you covered. This model starts at 25% in year one of the agreement and is discounted based on volume after the first 12 months. In the first year of our relationship we spend a lot of time and resources to understand your organization, connect with your hiring leaders and build trust amongst our candidate community with your brand. 

Our High Touch Process

Our sourcing team spends every day reaching out to passive potential candidates on your behalf. While connecting, we are also collecting candidate Intel to share back.

Expert recruiters conduct phone interviews to share the value of your opportunities and interview the candidate for more than what is on their resume.

Using our client portal, we share candidate information with your hiring leaders in a “one stop shop” that includes a detailed summary and direct contact information. This portal provides visibility to all levels of leadership and allows for easy communication from one interview to the next.

Our dedicated scheduling team is at your service to schedule and coordinate each step of the process. They’re also providing a high touch experience to the candidates through each phase without your team having to do so.

We stay engaged with each candidate until the start date. Preboarding has never been more complicated, and we will be checking in to ensure they have everything they need from your teams prior to Day 1.
