We exist to raise the standard.

The old model failed.

In 2017, our founder & industry operator, Jenn Hahn saw leadership teams frustrated by slow processes, reactive outreach, and surface-level vetting. Traditional recruiting wasn’t working. It was transactional, not strategic. We saw the opportunity.
